Craig has over 10 years of experience within numerous facets of commercial real estate, including investment sales, strategic investments, leasing, and appraisal. His deal experience is both complex and diverse from assembling infill covered land plays in high-growth locations to working on large tracts of agricultural land with mineral and water rights to site selection for build to suit projects alongside national developers and Fortune 500 tenants. Craig leads the Ironstone team through every acquisition and investment sale.
Prior to Ironstone, Paul co-founded a technology company that grew to 25 employees with clients and team members all across the US. He graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with degrees in finance and real estate. Currently, Paul helps the Ironstone team leverage and develop technology to increase efficiency discovering off-market deals and acquiring commercial real estate.
